At Beyond Technique Football School (BTFS), we believe that football is more than just a game—it is a powerful vehicle for personal growth. Founded by ex-footballers Rashid Mahazi, Luc Jeggo, and Salim Mahazi, BTFS is built on a distinctive methodology that balances high personal standards with the joy of the game. We see football as one of the best ways to develop resilience, confidence, discipline, and social skills—qualities that are not only crucial for sporting success but also transferable to all aspects of life.

At BTFS our mission is to provide high-level coaching and support to as many children as possible, regardless of their ability level.

Whether a child dreams of becoming a professional footballer or simply loves playing the game, we ensure they enjoy their football experience while also building the skills and qualities that will help them succeed in whatever career path they choose.

Rashid Mahazi's passion for this mission has led him to travel the world after his retirement from professional football, continuously seeking ways to refine and elevate the BTFS program. His journey has taken him to Argentina and Brazil, where he has studied under some of the best football minds to bring world-class coaching methodologies back to BTFS.

Our long-term vision is to create a one-stop hub for a person’s entire development—offering elite football training alongside education in finance, academics, mental well-being, and life after football. We are not here to shield people from life’s challenges but to equip them with the strength, resilience, and self-awareness to navigate them confidently.
