  • SALIM MAHAZI

    Salim started his semi-professional career ended at 16 years old due to a succession of serious injuries. He went on to study a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Management. During this time he set up his own youth football academy here in Melbourne.

    Upon completion of his bachelor’s degree, he pursued a career in professional sport, assisting in the creation and execution of talented player pathway programs across various sports. He has over 8 years’ experience working in the industry and has worked for brands such as Essendon FC, Cricket Victoria and the AFL. In regards to coaching, he has over 10 years’ experience working with junior athletes and is also a qualified Personal Trainer.

  • LUC JEGGO

    Luc has over 10 years’ experience in the professional football landscape across a variety of domains. Starting out as a professional player, Luc originally plied his trade with Melbourne Victory before moving to Europe to sign his first professional contract. Luc played professionally for five years throughout Scandinavia, tallying over 70 professional games, two player of the year awards and two promotions.

    Towards the latter stages of his career, Luc began to be more involved in the analysis and coaching side, working as his club’s Performance Analyst whilst playing and coaching the reserve side. Luc started his own academy in Europe and began working as a Football Analytics Consultant, for Mrkt Insights where he has consulted clubs playing in all divisions of the English football pyramid and Europa League. He has a keen interest in football analytics and the holistic development of players, based on both mental and technical training.

  • RASHID MAHAZI

    Rashid previously has played professional football for over ten years. Playing a significant amount of his youth football with Argentinian giants River Plate and Independiente, Rashid then moved on to a new chapter in his professional football career which saw him play for Melbourne Victory, Western Sydney and Incheon United (South Korea).

    During his time as a professional footballer, Rashid made over 100 professional appearances (including numerous appearances in the Asian Champions League),is a A-League Premiership and Championship winner, as well as picking up the Players Player Award during his time in the NPL. He has 3 years of coaching experience across multiple age groups, is a qualified Personal Trainer and is currently in his third year of study, undergoing a Bachelor of Psychological Science. Rashid has also completed his Level 1 Certificate in Differential Learning Systems, a learning method that he is particularly passionate about.

    Finally, Rashid has completed his C-Licence through the Football Federation of Australia.
